It is a slower version of the traditional game-played at a “walking” pace and with adapted rules for indoors spaces. Ideal for men and women usually aged 50 plus

Impact of walking cricket includes: Getting people more active and improving fitness; Supporting recovery and rehabilitation after injury or operation; Improving social wellbeing – meeting new friends; Improving emotional and mental well being; Reminiscing about a sport you played in the past; Learning a new physical skill; Being part of a new team

Tuesdays at Hutton Moor Sports Centre, BS22 8LY, 12:30pm – 2:00pm.
